1. O King! We enthrone you in this world created by God. The world is supported by teachers and preachers, and the health of people is protected by healing powers of physicians.
2. O King! Do good deeds in the country. Protect protect people from death from weapons of enemies.
3. For a person, arms are strength and wealth. Hands are the actions. Soul is the shield. Back is the government. Belly, shoulders, neck, hips, thighs, elbows, kneeds and other parts are the subjects.
4. Life of a person depends on the vital breath. Vital breath needs energy. Energy is provided by cereals and cow milk. Yajnas are required to get cereals and milk from cows. Energy also comes from sun and moon. I need knowledge and knowledge comes learned people. I need security and administration. It comes from princely power and kings (S. 10).
5. Realize your mistakes and ask for forgiveness (S. 14,15,16,17).
6. If you want strength and power, take the medicines given by learned persons with delight. He who argues with learned persons gains nothing (S. 28).
7. O learned teacher! Bestow upon me the knowledge of Vedas, that provides me pure water, wealth and children. (S.22)
8. The places, where military strength implements the truth, will prosper with happy and devoted people. (S.25)
9. O learned person! you are trained in rules of conduct by your teachers and preachers. You are even now connected to them and learning further. I accept you for as my guardian (purohit). (S.33)
10. O learned person! Open the doors of knowledge for my warriors and make them powerful and capable of destroying enemies. (S.36)
11. Seek the shelter of a person who is praised by the public.
12. Seek the shelter of wealthy and wise person who performs yajnas.
13. Teachers and preachers, good organisers, and leaders of multitudes of people are fit to be adored by all. (S.42)
14. Vidya sabha, dharma sabha and rajya sabha, all three duly constituted with knowledgeable people and working towards solving problems preserve the country like the unbroken thread of progency. (S.43)
15. Let us all obey the orders of the ruler. (S.52)
